Rental Property Tour
A personalized rental service for a guided tour of rental properties in San Diego county. The rental services coordinator will contact the transferee to determine: locations interested in, rental housing type, price range, move-in date, lease term and any other preferences or needs. This personalized search can include single family homes, townhouses, condominiums or apartments. Information will be emailed for the community interested in, maps, school information, average rental rates for the areas interested in, CA renters application, utilities' phone numbers and information on local attractions. An appointment will be scheduled to pick up the client for an accompanied tour to view the properties that match needs. A half-day search should take around 3-4 hours.
Fee: $250 (Half-Day Tour)
International Rental Property Tour
This tour offers a personalized service designed to assist the foreign national moving to the San Diego Area on a temporary or permanent basis. The transferee will meet with the relocation coordinator for an orientation session. The orientation meeting consists of introducing the transferee to different communities within in the area of interest or a quick look at many locations and what they have to offer. The next step is for the relocation coordinator to schedule appointments for the transferee for at the DMV, social security office, local banks for a bank account, school enrollment if needed, insurance, rental car, and temporary housing. The coordinator will then work with the transferee for their housing needs as listed above in the San Diego Rental Property Tour.
Allow up to 10 hours to spend working with the coordinator, hours will be broken into segments as needed.
